OFFER ACCEPTANCE LETTER
Once the application along with the supporting documents is submitted, the university/college sends the applicant an acknowledgment letter. If the university accepts the application the applicant will receive the “Letter of Acceptance”.
Study abroad Acceptance Letter is a confirmation of Students Spot Admission in the program for the year they have applied. Most universities/colleges offer letters in one to two week but in some rare cases, it might take a month or more. We will certainly keep the Students updated of the position/movement of the application now and then.
There are cases when a student gets what is called a conditional offer letter. Conditional offer letters are issued when the documentation is incomplete and or is based on certain unfulfilled conditions that need to be fulfilled. The unfulfilled conditions will be clearly stipulated in the unconditional offer letter. Conditions might include providing proof of IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE or GMAT scores, submission of your certificates etc. and so on.
A Letter of Acceptance will give the candidate a clear idea about the program, duration, fees per semester, total fees for the course, last date of remittance, health cover, accommodation information and so on.
Usually, the entire fee of the course is divided into two installments. The confirmation of acceptance to the program happens only after the candidate pays the first installment of the fees. If the candidate wishes to defer the admission to the next intake he/she can do so after paying the first installment fees mentioned in the Letter of Acceptance.
The study abroad acceptance letter is not the final approval nor it is a valid document for international travel. It is a supporting document that will help the international candidate to apply for the student visa option. Insight International will offer full support to international students to understand the terms and conditions of the acceptance letter.
